He joined MBD Analytics in 2008 and has developed and led high-value projects in various sectors, especially in telco, finance and publishing.
He is an expert in Data Analytics projects for the Sales & Channel, Commercial Proposition and Customer Experience areas, standing out for his innovation, those related to multi-channel and omnichannel strategies and processes.
